Mantari Advisory helps organisations improve how work happens in practice.
We work with organisations to identify where delivery feels unclear, inefficient, or harder than it needs to be, whether that’s through unclear ownership, inconsistent processes, communication challenges, operational friction, or difficulties managing projects effectively.
From there, we help simplify and strengthen the way work is organised and delivered. This may involve reviewing workflows, improving operational structures, supporting leadership teams, strengthening project delivery practices, or helping create healthier and more sustainable ways of working.
Our focus is always practical, people focused improvement that helps organisations operate more clearly, effectively, and sustainably.
-
Our work is built around three core focus areas that shape how we support organisations:
Operational Clarity
Helping organisations understand how work currently happens in practice, identify operational friction, and improve workflows, structures, responsibilities, and ways of working.
Culture & Workplace Wellbeing
Supporting healthier, more sustainable workplace environments through improved communication, leadership support, collaboration, and staff experience.
Project & Delivery Improvement
Helping teams strengthen planning, coordination, prioritisation, and delivery practices so work can move forward more clearly and effectively.
Within these areas, we offer a range of practical services and support packages, including:
• Operational Clarity Reviews
• Delivery Improvement Sprints
• Project Management Support & Coaching
• Operational Advisory Partnerships
• Operational Health ChecksYou can explore these in more detail on our Services page.

Mantari Advisory works with organisations of all sizes, including startups, SMEs, charities, growing teams, and established organisations.
We support organisations across a range of sectors and operational environments, with experience spanning charities, consulting, life sciences, veterinary services, and growing businesses.
While every organisation is different, the operational challenges behind unclear delivery, inefficient processes, communication breakdowns, and unsustainable ways of working are often remarkably similar. Our cross-sector experience allows us to bring practical insight, fresh perspective, and adaptable solutions tailored to each organisation’s context.

Every organisation is different, so we tailor our approach to suit your needs.
Some clients work with us through a focused piece of work such as an Operational Clarity Review or Delivery Improvement Sprint, while others prefer ongoing support through an Operational Advisory Partnership.
We may also provide project management support, workshops, coaching, leadership guidance, or practical implementation support depending on what is most useful for your organisation.
Our approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on creating sustainable improvements rather than generic solutions.
-
Mantari Advisory combines operational improvement with a genuinely human focused approach.
We believe organisations perform best when people, processes, and delivery are aligned, and when work feels clear, manageable, and sustainable for the people doing it.
We genuinely care about how people experience work every day. Our focus is not simply on increasing efficiency for the sake of it, but on helping organisations create ways of working that support both effective delivery and healthier working environments.
Because ultimately, work should work for the people who do it.
Our work is grounded in:
• Practical and sustainable improvements
• Clear, realistic ways of working
• Respectful collaboration
• Long term operational effectiveness
• Workplace environments where people can thrive -
No. Many organisations we support are already performing well but want to improve efficiency, strengthen delivery practices, prepare for growth, or create more sustainable ways of working before challenges arise.
Equally, some organisations come to us when existing ways of working are no longer supporting the team or the organisation effectively. Both situations are completely normal as organisations evolve and grow and we value helping organisations navigate both.
-
Yes. Some organisations work with us on a single focused project, while others choose ongoing support as their organisation evolves.
Our Operational Advisory Partnership provides ongoing input, guidance, and external perspective to help organisations navigate operational challenges, maintain momentum, and continue improving over time.
We also offer Operational Health Checks for organisations that have already implemented changes and want an objective review of how things are working in practice, where progress has been made, and where further refinement may be beneficial.

The best place to start is with an initial conversation about your organisation, your challenges, and your goals. From there, we can discuss which type of support may be the best fit.

The name Mantari reflects our ethos and approach.
It draws inspiration from the manta ray, symbolising calm movement, focus, and fluidity, alongside the Sanskrit word “Mantri,” meaning trusted adviser. Together, these ideas reflect our belief in thoughtful, human focused guidance that helps organisations move forward with clarity and confidence.
