I founded Mantari Advisory on a simple belief: work should be a place where people can do their best thinking, feel respected and safe, and contribute meaningfully.

Early in my career, I experienced the difference that strong leadership, clear processes, and a positive culture can make. I also saw how quickly organisations can struggle when those foundations are missing. Poor communication, unclear ways of working, and unsustainable workloads not only affect people - they affect performance, retention, and long-term success.

My career has taken me through project and operational roles in the veterinary and life sciences sector, national charities, and international consulting. Across each of these environments, one thing has remained constant: organisations perform best when their people are supported by clear processes, thoughtful leadership, and practical ways of working.

Mantari Advisory was created to help organisations build those foundations, combining operational clarity with a human-centred approach, so work is effective, sustainable, and a place where people can thrive.
